eBackpack File Download Support Session, Tuesday, July 30th, 1PM to 6PM in the Middle School Library.


If you have questions or need help downloading data or files from your eBackpack account, you are invited to a eBackpack Download Support Session on Tuesday, July 30st at the Middle School Library from 1 PM to 6 PM. Teachers and staff will be available to help you access and save any critical data from your eBackpack account.

We learned with shortnotice that eBackpack, our learning management system for the last 5 years, has filed for bankruptcy and is shutting down as of July 31st, 2019.  This is obviously going to be a major inconvenience to us.  

Below is the email information received:

“Dear User, we regret to inform you that this 2018-2019 school year is the last year eBackpack will be operating.  We will not be accepting any renewals going forward and we will not be providing any services past July 31, 2019. All services will be terminated on that date. Please download and save to your own devices any data prior to July 31, 2019. Once the services for eBackpack are turned off, your files and data will no longer be accessible, and we will not have staff available to respond to any customer inquiries.”

eBAckpack is accessible from your iPad App, and via web access on a PC or Mac.

To get into the eBackpack APP you need the following:
account: bluejays
username: your username(not email)
PW: your email PW

eBackpack Web Access use:
account: bluejays
username: your username (not email)
PW: your email PW

After July 31st, all CCHS eBackPack data and files will not be available to you. Download important data and files NOW.
